TOPICAL USE - dosages & method: Do Not Use Undiluted. For massage - 5 drops per 10ml carrier oil. For bathing - 5 drops per 5ml carrier oil. For perfuming - 1 drops per 10ml carrier oil.
DIFFUSING & BURNING - dosages & method: For adults -1–3 drops in a burner or diffuser. For children (2 years+) -1–3 drops in a diffuser.
HOUSEHOLD CLEANING - dosages & method: For Hard Surfaces - 2-3 drops to a damp cloth
STEAM INHALATION - dosage per bowl of hot water Adults - 2-3 drops to a bowl Children - 2-3 drops to a bowl in a separate room. Do not inhale directly.
